We loved seeing Matt and Shannon and their kids in Vegas...but man was it HOT!!! On Saturday morning we hiked up a water access road and could see over the city. Then we spent some time at a sprinkler park. I neglected to pack my swimming suit but I was drenched, fully clothed, by the time we left the park.
Saturday night we went down town Las Vegas to see the Bellagio fountains. They were amazing!! Inside the Bellagio we visited some awesome gardens and they had a replica of Mt. Rushmore there. We initially had grand plans to visit the real Mt. Rushmore on our way home but after calculating the additional 5 hours into our already 24 hour trip we opted to not.
Mackenzie was our photographer for these amazing photos. She was up on Nathan's shoulders and got some pretty cool shots.
